Other Winkelbauer

There is another Winkelbauer family in the 1900 census. Charles Winkelbauer living at 696 Ninth St. He arrived in America in 1883 with his wife Lois and their daughter Mary. His mother Elizabeth is also living with him. She arrived in 1891. They all claim Bohemia as a homeland. I have not been able to connect this family to mine yet. I have located this family on a passenger list. On the S.S. Westphalia, March 1883, New York, If their ages were recorded wrong.

ANTON WINKELBAUER married to Anna Holzinger, from Southern Bohemian town of Casov or Zasau-- unknown. They were born in the early 1800's. Had a daughter Anna that married Petr Houska.  per Parja@aol.com June, 2000

There are also WINKELBAUER's in the Passau, Germany area today that I have not connected to yet.
